We have reported many customers having their accounts frozen by PayPal. This has even extended to our hosting partner, Twin Tech Hosting. We have been in extensive contact with PayPal and they are unwilling to budge on their stance that EZ20Now violates their accepted use policy.
As a result, EZ20Now attempted to contact all of its members to offer special hosting rates and assistance on converting their payment methods to AlertPay or SafePay. We know many of these emails did not reach their intended destinations.
Currently, Twin Tech Hosting can no longer accept any payments via PayPal. This has had a very adverse affect on their entire business model, not just the EZ20Now portion. Since there are hundreds of members who still have hosting memberships under the PayPal subscriptions and who haven't changed over to the new AlertPay subscription rates, Twin Tech Hosting has been forced to start suspending those accounts.
This isn't being done for malicious reasons. It is simply a matter of not being able to get the attention of those members and since those members are technically not paying for hosting any more, the sites have to be suspended. Any sales diverted away from suspended sites will be sent to current members by virtue of sending the prospect to our home page where current and valid members are randomly rotated for equal exposure.
If you are a member who has a site that has been suspended, we encourage you to address this issue quickly so we can get your site back up and earning you more money. Please visit Twin Tech Hosting to set up your new hosting account at the new, reduced rate of $40 ANNUALLY! That's right - only $3.33 per month now.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but PayPal has forced our hand and we made every reasonable effort to warn people that this day was coming.
We hope many of you will rejoin the program and continue with it's growth. If you have any special extenuating circumstances, please let us know and we will try to work with you.
