After your purchase, you should have seen a "Return To Merchant" link. This would have taken you to a "thank you" page of sorts. You may have simply forgotten to click on that link to take you back to your download page.

On this page would have been a list of things to do to prepare for launching your website. 

If you can send us a copy of your Alertpay, or SafePay (or other payment service) receipt and the website you purchased your program from (if you remember it) by including that information in a new support ticket in this support area, we can help you get back to your download.

Be advised that some payment processors will not send you to your download if you used an e-check to pay for your program. You will have to wait for your check to clear with the processor.
